Batley Court – Monday.
James Gallagher, miner, Cross Cobden Street, had to pay £1 for drunkenness and riotous conduct on the 10th inst., in Cobden Street. He had 59 previous convictions.

Margaret Hunt, married, Cobden Street, Batley, was fined 10s for obscene language on the 10th inst.

The death notices included the following:

HENRY.—On the 21st., aged 26 years, Martin Henry, George’s Terrace.
